About Jillian Speidel

Based in New Jersey & New York City, Jillian Speidel is a professional make-up artist in the highly competitive beauty industry.  Ms. Speidel is a Personal Cosmetic Concierge, Make-Up Educator, education content developer, internally certified Make-Up Artist from various brands & alumni of one of the most prestigious make-up artistry schools in the country, Make-Up Designory (MUD).  Jillian graduated & is certified from Make-Up Designory's TV & Film Artistry Program. This particular program is dedicated to enhancing & emphasizing the skills, attention to detail & developing the raw natural talent of artists  that are required for beauty make-up application for film, high-definition television, print photography, advertising & retail cosmetics.  Jillian has spent an incredible 13 years & counting dedicated to the beauty industry, a place in which she thrives. During those 13 years, she has worked in New York City for some of the industry's  most successful beauty conglomerates.  Jillian has worked for the global flagships of Inglot Cosmetics, MAC Cosmetics (an Estee Lauder company), Sephora (a LVMH subsidiary)NYX Professional Makeup Cosmetics (a L'Oreal subsidiary) and currently, Italian cosmetic brand KIKO Milano as their Artistry, Education & Development Manager.

As part of various management teams, Jillian is & has been responsible for door volumes of $3-7 million dollars, at average weeks of $58,000- $133,000, with conversion rates between 36-45%, with clientele rate of roughly 30%, with an AUS of anywhere between $30-115 and an IPT of 3-7 (lower AUS & IPT for respective companies with much lower price rates) & customer capture rates of 79%. In all of her respective management roles, Ms.Speidel has been responsible for coaching in the moment, giving constructive feedback within the moment, mentoring, succession planning, training on both artistry, product knowledge & sales techniques. Among most common managerial responsibilities, Ms. Speidel has also coordinated special in-store events to generate additional revenue during off-peak. Provides bi-weekly proficiency assessments for all artists to keep them on track, engaged and inspired. This is just to name a few of the core responsibilities & skills Ms. Speidel utilizes to ensure her team is on track to meet & exceed goals.
